MBM Guitars, LLC uses Federal Express to ship to customers. Rates are quoted based on FedEX rates. All shipments are insured for the value of the purchase and the customer or customer’s representative is required to sign for the delivery.
Should your guitar or other product arrive damaged, please let us know immediately, by either emailing shipping@mbmguitars.com or calling 253-304-8299. We endeavor to properly package all products to avoid damage and we insure the product against damage. A damage claim must, however, be made promptly. Please be prepared to provide the following information: the buyer’s name and shipping address and a description of the damage. Photographs may be required. Please keep all packaging because Federal Express will need to inspect it before the claim can be processed. MBM Guitars will replace your guitar(s) or other product(s) as soon as you have notified us and provided the required information.
