MBM Guitars Return Policy

Damaged Shipments

All arrangements for return of damaged or miss shipped equipment must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the shipment.   You must contact MBM Guitars at casey@mbmguitars.com or (253)304-8299, with the order number, guitar serial number, and description of the damage.   Digital photographs of the damage may be required.   Once return authorization is received, the guitar must be shipped back to MBM Guitars in it's original packing.   Return shipment expense will be refunded to the customer, provided the above steps have been followed.

General Returns

Returns must be made within 14 business days for reasons other than damage. You must contact MBM Guitars at casey@mbmguitars.com or (253)304-8299, with the order number, guitar serial number, and reason for return.   Once return authorization is received, the guitar must be shipped back to MBM Guitars in it's original packing.   Return shipment costs are at the customer's expense.   Returns must include all original parts and accessories shipped with the item. All returns made without preauthorization will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
