Q:   Where are MBM Guitars made?

A:    All MBM Guitars are made in Korea, unless otherwise noted.

Q:   Can I visit your showroom or pick up my purchase in person?

A:   Sadly, at this time, our showroom is closed to the public, and in person pickup is not available

Q:   How much time does it take for my guitar to ship?

A:   We make every effort to ship your order within 48-hours of it being placed.   Due to the time involved in setting up the guitar to order, at times of peak activity, order processing will be completed within 7-business days.  

Q:   How can I tell when my guitar has shipped?

A:   Once your guitar has shipped, an email will be sent to the address you provided with the completed order status and the tracking number for your shipment.

Q:   Which carriers do you ship with?

A:   Currently, we exclusively ship with FedEx.

Q:   Do you ship internationally?  

A:   We will gladly ship to Canada and Europe, although the customer is ultimately responsible for any additional freight and duty charges assess on international shipments.  

Q:   What kind of setup do you perform on the guitar?

A:   Before each guitar is shipped, our skilled technicians perform a complete setup.   All fasteners and hardware on the guitar is tightened and adjusted, the fret board is oiled, the frets are cleaned and polished, the truss rod is adjusted, the intonation is set, the guitar is restrung, and finally the body and neck is polished before it is packed for shipping.   Depending on the climate conditions of your guitars ultimate destination and your personal setup preferences, some additional adjustment may be needed.  

Q:   What strings does my guitar come equipped with?

A:   We install only genuine D'Addario XL strings in 10-48 gauge.  

Q: How do I adjust the feel of my Grover tuners?

A:   If your tuner feels like it is slipping when you turn it, you may need to adjust the drag.   There is a small Phillips-head screw in the end of the shaft that appears to be holding on the tuner button.   Turn that screw in slightly to tighten the tuner drag.   Only a small adjustment is usually needed.

Q:   What kinds of pickups are installed in MBM Guitars?

A:   All MBM Guitars are equipped with pickups made to exacting specifications for use in our guitars.
